MNSOARR
Mike and Joann Taylor founded MNSOARR more than four years ago to help men and women renew their lives in Christ and gain employment.
Most MNSOARR employees have a background of incarceration, addictions or homelessness and are given a chance to gain valuable work experience at MNSOARR. MNSOARR has recently partnered with Mentor Corps to provide a Discipleship Battle Unit through a "base camp house." The "base camp house" consists of overall life skills mentoring and oversight of MNSOARR employees. This helps them continue on the path of renewal and reentry into society.
Testimonial from Michael Thompson, an MNSOARR employee:"I have been through a number of treatment transitions over the years, but since graduating from The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center over 3 years ago and being selected for the Mentor Corps mentoring program, my life is being transformed. Now through the power of the Holy Spirit, my Mentor Bob and my wonderful employer MNSOARR, I am learning to lean on Christ and HE is bringing me to this new life. I am so grateful for this opportunity with Mentor Corps and the others."
